ABOUT THE ARTIST

Parker recently received her MFA from The School of Visual Arts in Manhattan. She lives and works in Brooklyn and is a founding member of the Fruit Exchange Studios. Born in 1987 in the Ozark Mountains, Parker often draws from her roots in the land as a point of contrast in the urban experience.
